Based on the latest MASP planning received from Belgian Customs, the roll-out of PN/TS and IRP for the maritime industry is set to begin in the second quarter of 2025 (Q2 2025):
- Wave 1 (April 2025) – No formal customs release: Applicable to Breakbulk, Ferry, RoRo, and non-CPu full containers.
- Wave 2 (by June 2025) – With formal customs release: Covers CPu full containers and all empty containers.
- Wave 3 (Q3 2025) – With formal customs release: Includes Breakbulk, Ferry, RoRo, and non-CPu containers.
- Wave 4 – Applies to Bulk cargo; process and timeline to be determined.
The IRP Start Date is the first day of the month in which the IRP services and functionality will be available for the Subscriber.
